Stem Summer Camps
- STEM Summer Camps
- In support of JEDC’s Talent Development program, ADC fundraises to support camp delivery and scholarship assistance.
Juneau Homeless Medical Respite Program
- Launched in 2009, this is an ongoing program that was made by the Juneau Homeless Coalition with support from JEDC in 2011 with initial funding from Bartlett Hospital and a private donor through the Glory Hall. The purpose of the program is to provide unhoused persons with a safe, dry, indoor environment while they recover from illnesses. The following conditions and guidelines have been established with the goal of providing them with a place for recuperative care.

2023 - Mendenhall Flood Relief Program
- The Juneau Community Foundation (JCF) created a “Mendenhall Flood Relief Fund” was created to collect donations and provide support help flood victims from the jökulhlaup disaster on August 5, 2023.
- JCF asked JEDC (via ADC) for assistance to provide funding to those who experienced major loss directly affected by the flooding.
- ADC disbursed $36,823 in equally divided grants to 31 Juneau families.
2019 - Donation to Youth Equity Fund
- $9,585.61 donated to the Juneau Community Foundation Youth Equity Fund in 2019. These funds were raised by families involved with a local Youth Triathlon Club, that has discontinued their efforts.
2018 - UAS Excellence in Education Fund
- ADC acted as a fiscal agent for a collaboration between JEDC, UAS and the Juneau Community Foundation to make a solicitation of support for the UA.
2017 - Alaska Marine Highway System Reform Project
- ADC and Southeast Conference signed a Memorandum of Understanding in November 2017 to work cooperatively on the third phase of the marine highway reform project.
- ADC applied for a $25,000 grant to the Rasmusson Foundation.
- ADC will contract with Southeast Conference to execute the work under this project.
2016 – ADC supports funding of Capital Building Improvements
- ADC made payments on behalf of Juneau Community Foundation up to $490,000.00 to Dawson Construction for renovation of the Capitol building to supplement funding provided by the State of Alaska, which was sufficient to complete the work.
2016 - BP Innovation Grants
- Partnership with BP (financial support) and the Alaska Afterschool Network (implementation partner) to support STEM Programming throughout Alaska via small grants. Eligible organizations include individuals, schools, and nonprofit organizations.
